The challenges are numerous, and the following are some of the key ones.Collecting data using Excel was a straightforward and simple method, however, it had notable issues with data quality and reliability.Furthermore, there is no method of verifying transaction data and payment information of farmers.Farmers are completely disconnected from the system and are unable to view or manage their data.High-tech solutions like mobile apps or web-based platforms for farmers may not be practical due to limited internet access in farming areas and difficulty in training farmers to use them. The ideal solution!We concluded that building a mobile app was the best option. We developed an ideal list of features,The app should be able to gather basic farmer registration information, information on product deliveries (such as quantity, price, and quality), and provide a way to collect evidence.Should work with no, very limited, slow, or infrequent internet situations.Data collection is not the primary task of farmers or those buying / receiving products from farmers, users may have limited tech experience.Farmers need a non software way to interact with the system which is simple enough for them.Localisation must be supported.
